How med spa injector licenses are checked in Phoenix-Scottsdale Area

AZ publishes a license register we can read for Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner (APRN), Physician (MD) and Physician Assistant. Every clinician a med spa names with one of those credentials is matched against the board’s own record, and the listing shows the board’s status word, the expiry date, and the day we read it.

AZ does not publish a register we can read in bulk for Osteopathic Physician (DO) or Naturopathic Physician (NMD). A med spa staffed by those clinicians cannot be confirmed here however complete its own disclosure is. That is a gap in the public record and not a finding about anyone. What “verified” means here

A med spa is verified when every clinician it names with a medical or nursing credential, or whom it calls Dr., was searched and matched to a current license with the issuing board on the day we checked, a physician license among them, and at least one of them is somebody other than the supervising medical director, unless the only clinician the clinic names is a physician who is not listed as medical director at another practice. A clinician we could not match or could not search holds it at partly checked. It is a statement about licenses on a date. It says nothing about the quality, safety or outcome of a treatment, and Verified Injector publishes no ratings or reviews.

Why most of this list is not yet checked

291 of the 898 locations in Phoenix-Scottsdale Area name no credentialed clinician anywhere on their own website. There is nothing for anyone to check, and that is a fact about what a business publishes rather than a finding against it. If you run one of them, naming your clinicians is free and takes an afternoon.
