Claiming confirms that you represent the clinic. It is free and does not affect verification status.

These come from public records and from your own website, and are ours to correct rather than yours to rewrite. If one is wrong, ask for a correction; correcting our own error is free.
What claiming does not do
It does not make you Verified, improve your status, or move you up a page. A status comes from state license registers and nothing else. If you want your clinicians checked, the route is to name them on your website, which is free and works whether or not you ever speak to us.
How we decide a claim
If the email address you sign up with is at the same domain as the website we hold for the clinic, the claim is approved straight away, unless that website serves more than one listing or another owner already holds the claim, in which case a person reviews it. Free email addresses cannot approve a claim on their own, whoever they belong to: controlling a Gmail account says nothing about a business.
Everything else goes to a person, usually within one to two business days. That includes clinics we hold no website for, which is common and is not a mark against anyone. If somebody already holds the listing, a person handles it either way and the current owner is told.

Put the Verified Injector Badge on Your Website
If your clinic is Verified, show it on your own website. The badge links patients to your live record, the evidence behind your status, for $29/month. Verification itself is free, and the badge never changes a status or where your clinic appears.
