About Verified Injector

Verified Injector is a free national directory of medical spas that checks whether the clinicians each med spa publicly names hold current state licenses, and shows the license board, status, expiration, and date checked for every match.

Verified Injector has reviewed 5,148 medical spas across 8 markets in 3 states. Every checked record keeps what the clinic says, what the federal provider registry says, and what the state licensing board says separately attributed, with the date each was checked.

Why Verified Injector exists

Verified Injector exists because patients choosing a medical spa usually cannot see who will treat them or whether that person is licensed.

Finding a medical spa is easy. Finding out who provides or oversees its treatments is not. Clinic websites give extensive detail about treatments, before-and-after photos, promotions, and pricing, while presenting clinician credentials and medical oversight inconsistently or not at all.

Checking those credentials today means searching clinic websites, state licensing portals, and federal databases one by one. Verified Injector brings the clinicians a clinic publicly names and the corresponding public license records together in one place.

What Verified Injector does

Verified Injector helps patients find medical spas and see who each clinic says provides and oversees its medical treatments.

Find Medical Spas

Search medical spas across the United States by market, city, or ZIP. Current markets and the licensing boards behind them are listed on license coverage.

See Who Each Clinic Names

Each clinic profile shows the clinicians the clinic publicly names, its medical director when one is identified, its locations, and its verification status.

Match Clinicians to Public Records

Each named clinician is matched against:

The third source is the medical spa’s own website. More detail about sources, licensing boards, geographic coverage, and data handling is on Data Sources and in the Verified Injector methodology.

Show Sources and Check Dates

Clinic statements, federal provider information, and state licensing findings are kept separately attributed and dated.

Verified Injector records what a clinic publicly states, matches named clinicians to applicable public records, publishes the results with sources and check dates, and rechecks records as state licensing data is refreshed. Learn more about the complete process on How Verification Works.

What makes Verified Injector different

Verification Cannot Be Purchased

Verification is free for clinics and patients and cannot be purchased. Verified Injector is funded in part through optional Verified badges licensed by clinics that have already earned Verified status. Pricing and terms are on the Verified badge page.

Payment Does Not Affect Placement or Findings

Verified Injector does not sell rankings or preferred placement. Payment never changes a clinic’s verification status or findings.

Sources Stay Separately Attributed

Every record keeps three sources apart rather than merging them into one claim:

Every Verification Is Dated

Credential information shows the date it was checked. A license status is a point-in-time finding, not a permanent claim, and state licensing boards remain the definitive source.

Frequently asked questions

What is Verified Injector?

Verified Injector is a free national directory of medical spas that checks whether the clinicians each med spa publicly names hold current state licenses, and shows the license board, status, expiration, and date checked for every match.

What does Verified mean on Verified Injector?

Verified means the clinic publicly names a physician whose license Verified Injector matched to a current state license record, and every other clinician it names with a medical or nursing credential, or calls Dr., was searched and matched too, as of the check date shown. A clinician we could not match or could not search holds the clinic at Partly checked. The full rule is on How Verification Works. Verified is not a rating of care quality.

Do medical spas pay to become Verified?

No. Verification is free for every clinic and cannot be purchased. Payment never changes a clinic's verification status or findings, and placement in the directory is not sold.

Where does Verified Injector get its information?

Verified Injector uses medical spa websites, the federal NPI registry (NPPES), and state professional licensing boards. Each checked record shows its sources and check dates.

Does Verified Injector recommend medical spas?

No. Verified Injector does not rank, rate, endorse, or recommend clinics. Appearing in the directory or holding Verified status is not an endorsement or accreditation.

Who founded Verified Injector?

Verified Injector was founded in 2026 by Walt Opaska, a longtime technology and business executive with more than 20 years of experience working with software and technology companies across multiple industries, including the medical aesthetics industry.
