Make Your Clinic Easier for Patients and AI to Verify

Verified Injector creates an independent, source-backed record connecting your clinic to the clinicians you publicly name, their professional credentials, your medical director, and state licensing records.

Verification is free and cannot be purchased. Verified clinics can license the Verified Injector badge for $29/month and link patients directly to the evidence behind their status.

Why Display the Verified Injector Badge?

Give patients evidence, not another claim

The badge links to your clinic's live record, so a patient sees the sources and the dates behind it instead of taking a graphic on trust.

Connect your website to an independent record

It gives search engines and AI systems another structured, independent source through which your clinic can be understood and verified.

Make your clinical team easier to understand

One click shows who your clinic names, the role you state for each, and what the licensing board records.

Verification Is Earned. The Badge Is Optional.

You cannot pay to become Verified. We apply the same verification process whether a clinic licenses the badge or never contacts us. If your clinic earns Verified status, you can license the badge for your own website for $29/month or $290/year.

Verification Grounded in License Records, Not a Score

Some directories organize clinics with a proprietary index they define themselves, and show practitioner credentials only on paid plans. Verified Injector works differently. Checking is free for every clinic we list, against state licensing board records, with the federal NPI registry used to confirm identity. The result is a record, not a rating: it shows what we checked, where it came from, and when.

What we check

The clinicians your clinic publicly names, matched to state board license records and NPPES: the roles your clinic states, license status, expiration, and taxonomy.

What we show

The sources, the date checked, and what could not be established. What the clinic says, what the federal registry says and what the board says stay separately attributed.

What we never do

Score clinics on inputs we invent, unlock credentials behind a plan, sell placement, or let payment touch a finding.

Why this matters

  1. Anyone can check our work: each match names the board it came from.
  2. Every clinic is held to the same standard, whether it pays us or not.
  3. Checking is free, so it does not depend on who subscribes.
  4. Rechecks follow the licensing registers, and the badge updates when the record changes.

Your Clinic Is Being Researched From More Than Your Own Website.

Patients are not the only ones trying to understand who practices at your clinic. Search engines and AI systems assemble their picture from clinic websites, directories, licensing records, and other third-party sources. Verified Injector puts those facts in one clear, independent record.

What Verified Injector Shows About Your Clinic

Clinic information

Your clinic's name, location and website.

Clinical team

The clinicians your website names, with the credential and the role your clinic states for each.

Medical director

Shown when your clinic publicly identifies one, with the license record we matched.

Professional licenses

What the state licensing board records for each clinician we matched: license status and expiration.

Federal provider records

The NPI and taxonomy the federal NPI Registry holds, as identity information.

Sources and dates

Where each fact came from, and the date we checked it.

What the clinic says, what the federal registry says, and what the licensing board says remain separately attributed.

How Your Clinic Becomes Verified

  1. Publish your clinicians. Put each clinician’s full name, credential and role on a public page of your website, such as a team, provider or about page. Elizabeth Smith, RN can be checked; Liz, RN usually cannot. Say what each person does, because a medical director is not necessarily one of the clinicians performing injections. Names that exist only inside images, PDFs, private portals or booking systems may not be captured.
  2. We check the records. We match each named clinician to the state licensing board’s records, which decide license status, and to the federal NPI Registry for identity, and keep what your clinic says separate from what each registry says.
  3. We publish the result. Your record shows every match with its source. Each time we refresh your state's license register data, we recheck your record, and each checked record shows the date of its latest check. There is no verification application and no fee to qualify.
